Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1/4 cup olive oil 3 tbsp. white wine vinegar 1 tsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. prepared yellow mustard 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 5 slices bacon 1/3 cup sliced almonds, toasted 1 pound fresh spinach, stemmed 1 red apple, cored and chopped 3 green onions, thinly sliced
Directions
Whisk together oil, vinegar, sugar, mustard, salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate. Cook bacon until crisp. Drain and crumble. Toss together spinach, bacon, almonds, onion and apple. Pour dressing over and toss to coat.
About 6 servings.
