Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
4 boneless pork loin chops, about 6 ounces each 1/4 cup thick and chunky hot salsa 2 tbsp. water 2 tbsp. orange marmalade 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions
Place the pork chops in a large resealable plastic bag. Stir together the salsa, water, marmalade and salt in a small bowl. Pour the salsa mixture over the chops. Seal the bag and refrigerate pork 1 hour. Meanwhile, prepare grill. Remove the pork chops from the marinade and place on an oiled grill rack. Discard marinade. Grill chops about 4 minutes per side until just cooked through. Serve pork chops immediately.
Serves 4.
