Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
3 tbsp. vegetable oil 2 tsp. peeled, minced fresh ginger 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes 3 tbsp. fresh lime juice 2 tbsp. soy sauce 16 large, raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
Directions
Whisk together oil, ginger, red pepper flakes, lime juice and soy sauce in a shallow baking dish. Add shrimp and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours, turning shrimp occasionally.
Prepare grill. Divide shrimp between 4 skewers. Grill shrimp until just cooked through, about 2 minutes per side. Serve immediately.
Serves 4.
