Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
2 tbsp. mayonnaise 1 tbsp. milk 1/2 tsp. minced fresh jalapeno pepper 1 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro leaves 1/2 tsp. ground cumin 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 6 ounces shredded green cabbage 1 large carrot, peeled and cut into matchsticks 1 large green onion, thinly sliced
Directions
Stir together mayonnaise, milk, jalapeno, cilantro, cumin, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Add carrot, cabbage and green onion and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
Serves 4.
