Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1/4 cup butter 1 1/2 cups chopped onion 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper 1/2 cup diced green bell pepper 1/2 tsp. ground cumin 1/4 tsp. cayenne 1/4 cup all purpose flour 1 cup chicken broth 1 cup milk 16 ounce can creamed corn 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions
Cook onion, peppers, cumin and cayenne with butter until vegetables are tender. Add flour and cook 1 minute, stirring. Add broth, milk and corn and bring to a boil, whisking until smooth. Season.
Makes approx. 4 bowls.
