Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
2 cups sourdough baking mix 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon pinch ground nutmeg pinch ground cloves pinch ground cardamom 1 large egg 1 1/3 cups milk 3/4 cup peeled, grated apple
Directions
Preheat a greased griddle or large skillet. Beat together baking mix, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, cardamon, egg and milk in a large bowl until smooth. Stir in grated apple. For each pancake, pour 1/4 cup batter into the prepared pan. Cook until bubbles appear on the top. Turn pancake over and cook until golden brown. Serve hot.
Makes about 12 to 14 pancakes.
