Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1 head red cabbage 4 tbsp. butter 1 1/2 cups chopped onion 1 granny smith apple, chopped 1/4 cup raisins 1/4 tsp. ground cloves 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1 tbsp. sugar 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Directions
Shred cabbage and steam until almost done. Cook onions with butter until tender. Add cabbage, apple, raisins, cloves, lemon juice and sugar. Cook 2 minutes. Stir in nuts.
About 8 portions.
