Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
2 large egg whites 1 1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce 1/4 cup sugar 2 tbsp. sweet paprika 1 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper 9 cups fresh popped unsalted popcorn 2 cups miniature pretzels 1 1/2 cups salted dry roasted peanuts 1 1/2 cups toasted whole almonds 1 1/2 cups toasted pecan halves 1 1/2 cups roasted cashews
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Whisk together egg whites, worcestershire, sugar, paprika and cayenne. Toss together popcorn, pretzels, nuts and salt in a large bowl. Pour worcestershire mixture over and toss to coat. Divide between 2 large shallow baking pans. Bake 20 minutes until coating is crisp, stirring every few minutes. Spread on parchment paper or lightly oiled tinfoil to cool.
Makes about 12 to 14 cups.
