Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon 3/4 tsp. ground coriander seed 3/4 tsp. ground cumin 3/4 tsp. pepper 1 tsp. salt 1 pound trimmed beef flank steak
Directions
Stir together cinnamon, ground coriander seed, cumin, pepper and salt in a small bowl. Rub spice mixture over both sides of flank steak. Cover and refrigerate steak 1 hour. Prepare grill. Place flank steak on an oiled rack set 5 to 6 inches over coals. Grill about 5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Transfer steak to a cutting board and let stand 10 minutes. Thinly slice steak across the grain and serve.
Serves 2 to 4.
