Special Skillet Macaroni and Cheese with Tomatoes

Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
2 cups milk 2 tbsp. cornstarch 1 tsp. Dijon mustard 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. tabasco sauce 4 ounces(about 1 cup) Velveeta cheese, diced 2 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese 2 cups cooked and drained elbow macaroni 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes 1/4 cup sliced green onions
Directions
Whisk together milk and cornstarch in a medium saucepan until smooth. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently. Stir in Dijon mustard, salt and tabasco sauce until well blended. Reduce heat and simmer 1 minute until thickened. Add Velveeta cubes and Parmesan and stir until melted. Stir in cooked elbow macaroni, tomatoes and green onions and stir until heated through.
Serves 4.
