Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
2 cups cooked rice 4 ounce package imitation crab meat 2 hard boiled eggs, peeled and chopped 1 cup canned corn kernels 2 green onions, chopped 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 2 tbsp. prepared mayonnaise lettuce leaves
Directions
Combine rice, imitation crab meat, chopped hard boiled eggs, corn kernels and green onions in a medium bowl. Add salt, pepper and mayonnaise. Stir well until salad is moistened. Line 2 plates with lettuce leaves. Spoon crab mixture into the middle and serve.
Serves 2.
