Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
2 racks spareribs, about 3 pounds each 3/4 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper chicken broth 12 ounces frozen pineapple juice concentrate, thawed 1 tbsp. soy sauce 1 tbsp. dijon mustard 2 tsp. tabasco sauce
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Season ribs with salt and pepper. Wrap tightly in foil and bake until tender, approx. 80 minutes. Cool ribs 1 hour in foil. Pour juices from foil into a bowl and add enough broth to equal 1 1/3 cups. Boil until reduced to 1/2 cup. Stir in pineapple, soy sauce. dijon and tabasco. Grill ribs until crisp and brown, brushing frequently with glaze.
Serves 4 to 6.
