Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1/2 cup olive oil 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro 2 tbsp. minced fresh garlic 2 tsp. fresh lemon juice 4 sole fillets, 4 ounces each 1 cup heavy or whipping cream 1 tsp. dry white wine 1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley
Directions
Stir together oil, cilantro, 1 tbsp. garlic and 1 tsp. lemon juice in a baking dish. Add sole fillets and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Stir together cream, wine, 1 tbsp. garlic and 1 tsp. lemon juice in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce to 1/2 cup. Remove sole from marinade and saute\' in a skillet until just cooked through, about 1 1/2 minutes per side. Stir parsley into sauce and serve over sole.
