Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
25 caramels, unwrapped 1 tbsp. water 2 tsp. butter 7 cups freshly popped popcorn(about 1/3 cup uncooked popcorn kernels)
Directions
Line a large sheet pan with wax paper. Combine caramels, water and butter in a medium glass bowl. Microwave 2 to 3 minutes on HIGH until caramels are melted and smooth. Stir well. Place popcorn in a large bowl. Pour caramel mixture over popcorn and toss to coat. Spread popcorn on the prepared pan and cool completely.
Makes 7 cups popcorn.
