Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
2 Packages (3 ounces each) cream cheese, softened 2 teaspoons prepared mustard 25 Canape toast bases 1 can (3 2/3 ounces) smoked salmon, drained Parsley
Directions
Blend cream cheese and mustard; spread part of the mixture thinly on canape bases. Place piece of salmon on each canape; top with dot of remaining cream cheese mixture. Or, if desired, pipe all the cream cheese mixture around base. Top each canape with sprig of parsley.
