Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
2 pounds ground beef 2/3 cup chopped onion 1/2 tsp. salt 1 can chicken gumbo soup 1 tbsp. prepared mustard 1/4 cup water 1/8 tsp. pepper 1/2 can tomato soup 1 tbsp. catsup
Directions
Cook beef with onion in a large skillet until beef is browned and onion is tender. Drain fat. Stir in salt, soup, mustard, water, pepper, tomato soup and catsup. Simmer 60 minutes.
Serves 4 to 6.
