Skirt Steak with Garlic and Dijon Recipe Rating: N/A

Ingredients   (view qty in metric system instead)
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. fresh lime juice
10 ounce skirt steak

Directions
Stir together garlic, Dijon and lime juice in a small bowl. Rub mixture all over steak. Let stand 15 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat broiler. Place steak on a broiler-proof pan. Broil 4 inches from heat about 3 minutes per side for medium. Transfer steak to a platter and let stand 5 minutes. Slice steak and serve.

Serves 2.
