Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
3/4 cup picante sauce 3/4 cup barbecue sauce 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast halves 1 cup uncooked long grain rice 2 green onions, sliced
Directions
Prepare barbecue grill. Stir together picante and barbecue sauces. Set aside 3/4 cup of the sauce. Grill chicken 10 minutes, brushing with some of remaining sauce. Turn chicken over and grill an additional 10 minutes, brushing frequently with sauce. Meanwhile, cook rice until tender. Stir in reserved 3/4 cup sauce and green onions. Serve chicken over rice.
Serves 4 to 6.
