Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
20 ounce package frozen young peas, thawed and drained 8 ounce can cooked salad shrimp 1 cup finely chopped celery 3/4 cup mayonnaise 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice 1/2 tsp. curry powder pinch garlic salt 1/2 cup cashews 5 1/2 ounce package chow mein noodles lettuce leaves
Directions
Combine thawed peas, shrimp, celery, mayonnaise, lemon juice, curry powder and garlic salt in a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes. Add cashews and chow mein noodles and toss to combine. Line plates with lettuce leaves, spoon salad over and serve.
Serves 4 to 6.
