Ingredients   (view qty in metric system instead)
46 ounce can vegetable juice
1 large tomato, chopped
3 green onions, chopped
1/2 cup peeled, diced cucumber
1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
3 tbsp. red wine vinegar
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 small jalapeno, minced with seeds
1/2 pound small cooked shrimp
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Directions
Stir together all ingredients. Refrigerate until cold. Serve with grilled baguette slices.

Serves 4 to 6.
