Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1 tbsp. vegetable oil 1 pound boneless beef sirloin, cut into strips 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can beef broth 1 cup water 2 tsp. worcestershire sauce 3 cups uncooked corkscrew pasta 1/2 cup sour cream
Directions
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef strips. Cook until beef is browned and liquid is evaporated, stirring frequently. Add soup, beef broth, water, worcestershire and pasta. Heat to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and cook mixture 15 to 20 minutes until beef is cooked through and pasta is tender. Stir in sour cream. Heat through. Serve immediately.
Serves 4.
