Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1 pound fresh tuna steak, finely chopped 1/2 pound fresh scallops, finely chopped 2 tbsp. dijon mustard 1 tbsp. grated fresh ginger 2 tsp. soy sauce 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 1/2 tbsp. vegetable oil 4 toasted hamburger buns 4 slices onion 4 slices tomato 1 cup mixed lettuce 1/4 cup prepared mayonnaise 1/4 tsp. (or to taste)wasabi powder or paste
Directions
Combine tuna, scallops, dijon, ginger, soy sauce, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Form into patties. Heat oil in a nonstick skillet. Cook patties 3 to 4 minutes per side, until lightly browned. Serve on toasted buns with onion, lettuce and tomato. Stir wasabi into mayonnaise. and spoon dollops onto burgers. Top with buns and serve immediately.
Serves 4.
