Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1 can cream of mushroom soup 2 ounce package dry onion soup mix 6 medium russet potatoes, chopped 6 medium carrots, peeled and thickly sliced 3 1/2 to 4 pounds beef bottom round or chuck roast
Directions
Stir together soup, dry soup mix, potatoes and carrots in a 3 1/2 quart crock pot. Place the roast over vegetables and turn to coat. Cover and cook roast 8 to 9 hours on Low or 4 to 5 hours on High until roast is tender.
Serves 8.
