Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1/4 cup prepared mayonnaise 2 tbsp. cognac or other brandy 2 tbsp. prepared white horseradish 2/3 cup heavy or whipping cream 4 stalks celery, chopped 2 apples, cored, halved and chopped chopped fresh chives
Directions
Combine mayonnaise, cognac and horseradish in a medium bowl. Beat cream to stiff peaks and fold into mayonnaise mixture. Add celery and apples and stir gently to combine. Sprinkle with chives and serve with meat or poultry.
Serves 4.
