Sausage with Cannelini Beans and Zucchini over Polenta

Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
16 to 18 ounce tube prepared polenta, cut into 12 rounds 1 tsp. olive oil 1 pound sweet Italian sausage, casings removed 1 small onion, chopped 15 to 19 ounce can cannelini beans, drained 2 tbsp. fresh basil leaves, julienned 4 medium zucchini, halved lengthwise and cut into 1/4 inch thick slices
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a sheet pan with nonstick foil. Place polenta rounds on foil. Bake 20 minutes until lightly browned. Heat oil in a large skillet. Add sausage and onions. Cook 5 minutes until sausage is browned, breaking up sausage with a spoon. Drain fat. Stir in beans, tomatoes and basil. Cook 3 minutes. Add zucchini and cook 3 minutes. Serve polenta topped with sausage mixture.
