Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1 cup cooked pasta twists 1/2 cup canned salmon, drained 1/4 cup thinly sliced zucchini 1/4 cup thinly sliced celery 1/4 cup pimento strips 1/4 cup olive oil 1 tbsp. white wine vinegar 1/2 tsp. lemon juice 1/2 tsp. dijon mustard 1/8 tsp. garlic salt 1 large egg yolk
Directions
Stir together pasta, salmon, zucchini, celery and pimento in a large bowl. Combine oil, vinegar, lemon juice, mustard, salt and yolk. Blend until smooth. Pour over pasta mixture and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate 2 to 3 hours before serving.
Serves 2.
