Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
8 ounces uncooked egg noodles 1 1/2 cups creamed cottage cheese 1 1/2 cups sour cream 1/2 cup finely chopped onion 1/2 tsp. minced garlic 1 1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper 1/2 tsp. salt 16 ounce can salmon, drained 1/2 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Cook noodles in boiling water. Drain well. Transfer noodles to a large bowl. Add cottage cheese, sour cream, onion, garlic, worcestershire, cayenne, salt and salmon. Transfer to a greased 2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered, 40 minutes.
Serves 6.
