Ingredients   (view qty in metric system instead)
1 1/2 tbsp. raspberry vinegar
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. sour cream
1 1/2 tsp. minced fresh mint leaves
pinch ground mustard
pinch ground nutmeg
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 medium ripe pears, peeled, cored and diced
2 cups red grapes, halved
1 large stalk celery, finely diced


Directions
Whisk together the vinegar, sugar and salt in a medium bowl until sugar is dissolved. Whisk in sour cream, mint, mustard and nutmeg. Gradually whisk in the oil. Add the pears, grapes and celery and toss to coat. Serve on lettuce leaves if desired.

Makes about 3 cups salad.
