Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
3/4 cup melted rum raisin ice cream 3 large eggs, beaten to blend 1/3 cup chopped walnuts 1 tbsp. dark rum 1/4 tsp. cinnamon 8 slices raisin bread 4 tbsp. butter
Directions
Combine melted ice cream with eggs, walnuts, rum and cinnamon. Dip raisin bread into ice cream mixture and let soak 1 minute on each side. Melt 2 tbsp. butter in skillet. Add 4 slices soaked bread and brown 2 minutes per side. Repeat with remaining butter and bread. Serve immediately with syrup and additional ice cream if desired.
Serves 4.
