Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
4 bamboo skewers 1 tsp. chopped fresh rosemary 1/4 tsp. paprika 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper 16 sea scallops 1 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. olive oil
Directions
Stir together rosemary, paprika and cayenne. Sprinkle scallops with salt and rosemary mixture. Put 4 scallops on each skewer. Heat oil in a skillet until moderately hot. Add scallops and saute\' until just cooked through, about 1 to 2 minutes per side.
Serves 2 to 4.
