Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
4 ounces crumbled Roquefort cheese 6 tbsp. butter, softened 1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce four 6 to 8 ounce boneless minute steaks 1 tsp. pepper
Directions
Preheat broiler. Combine Roquefort and 4 tbsp. butter in a small bowl. Mash with a spoon until smooth. Wipe steaks dry with paper towels. Season steaks with pepper. Melt remaining butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Saute' steaks 1 to 2 minutes per side. Remove skillet from heat. Spoon Roquefort mixture over steaks. Broil about 20 seconds until Roquefort is melted. Serve immediately.
Serves 4.
