Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
2 pounds fingerling potatoes, halved lengthwise or 2 pounds russet potatoes, cut into wedges 1/4 cup olive oil 8 cloves garlic, chopped 2 tbsp. chopped fresh rosemary 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Toss potatoes with oil, garlic and rosemary in a large bowl. Transfer to a large sheet pan and spread potatoes in a single layer. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake potatoes until tender, golden brown and crispy, turning occasionally, about 40 minutes.
Serves 4 to 6.
