Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
24 ounce package frozen potato wedges 2 tbsp. vegetable oil 1 tsp. paprika 1/4 tsp. salt 4 cloves garlic, minced 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese 2/3 cup crushed croutons
Directions
Place potatoes in a large bowl. Add oil, paprika, salt and garlic and stir to coat potatoes. Coat a large baking pan with nonstick spray. Spread potatoes on pan in a single layer. Bake potatoes according to package directions, turning once. Stir together cheddar and crushed croutons in a small bowl. Sprinkle over potatoes and bake an additional 3 minutes.
Serves 6 to 8.
