Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1 cleaned pheasant 1tsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper 1/2 cup butter, softened 4 cloves garlic, peeled and minced 1 medium onion, peeled and chopped
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Season pheasant inside and out with salt and pepper. Rub 3/4 of butter over outside of pheasant. Add garlic, onion and remaining butter to pheasant cavity. Place pheasant in a cooking bag and seal. Place bag on a sheet pan and roast about 90 minutes until pheasant is cooked through.
Serves 2.
