Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
3 3/4 cups milk 6 ounces finely chopped semisweet chocolate 2 tsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract whipped cream
Directions
Heat milk to a simmer in a large saucepan over medium heat. Pour the hot milk into a blender and add the chocolate, sugar and vanilla. Blend on low speed until chocolate is melted and the mixture is foamy. Divide the hot chocolate between mugs. Garnish with dollops of whipped cream and serve immediately.
Serves 4.
