Rib Eye steak with oregano, cumin and paprika

Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
2 Tbsp. chopped oregano 2 Tsp. ground cumin 2 Tsp. paprika 1/4 Tsp. salt 1/4 Tsp. pepper 2 1inch thick ribeyes 3/4 cup beef broth 2 Tsp. sherry wine vinegar 2 Tsp. honey 2 Tbsp. cold butter
Directions
Mix together oregano, cumin, paprika, salt and pepper. Sprinkle over each side of steak pressing to adhere. Grill steaks to desired doneness. Mix together broth, wine vinegar, and honey. Boil till slightly reduced, 5 minutes. Stir in cold butter and spoon over steaks.
Serves 2.
