Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
2 cups rhubarb, chopped into 1 inch pieces 2 cups canned pineapple chunks, well drained 1/2 cup sugar, divided 1/2 cup all purpose flour 1/2 cup rolled oats 1/4 cup margarine, softened 1 tsp. ground cinnamon 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease an 8 inch square baking dish. Mix together rhubarb, pineapple chunks and 1/4 cup sugar. Transfer fruit mixture to the prepared casserole. Mix together remaining 1/4 cup sugar, flour, oats, margarine, cinnamon and salt in a small bowl until crumbly. Sprinkle crumb mixture evenly over fruit. Bake 30 to 40 minutes until topping is golden brown and rhubarb is tender. Serve warm.
Serves 4 to 6.
