Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
3 pounds red skinned potatoes 3/4 cup sour cream 3/4 cup mayonnaise 1 1/2 cups diced celery 1/2 tbsp. celery seed 2 tbsp. chopped chives 1 tsp. dry mustard 3/4 cup sliced black olives 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. white pepper 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Directions
Boil potatoes until just tender. Drain and cool-don\'t peel. Dice into 1 1/2 inch pieces. Stir together sour cream, mayonnaise, celery, spices, olives and parsley. Pour over potatoes and toss gently to mix. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours before serving.
Serves 6 to 8.
