Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
3 pounds medium size red potatoes 3/4 cup sour cream 3/4 cup mayonnaise 2 stalks celery, finely diced 1 1/2 tsp. celery seed 2 tbsp. chopped fresh chives 1 tsp. dry mustard 3/4 cup sliced black olives 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. white pepper 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley leaves
Directions
Cook potatoes in a large pot of boiling water until crisp-tender, about 30 minutes. Drain and cool. Cut cooled potatoes into 1 1/2 inch cubes and place in a large bowl. Stir together sour cream, mayonnaise, celery, celery seed, chives, dry mustard, olives, salt, pepper and parsley in a medium bowl. Pour sour cream mixture over potatoes and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate salad 1 to 2 hours before serving.
Serves 6 to 8.
