Red Lobster's Shrimp Diablo Recipe Rating: N/A

Ingredients   (view qty in metric system instead)
3 pounds large uncooked shrimp in the shell
4 cups milk
8 ounces butter
1 jar Kraft barbecue sauce
1/2 cup ketchup
1 tbsp. pepper
1/4 cup Frank's Red Hot sauce

Directions
Rinse shrimp thoroughly. Transfer to a large bowl. Add milk to cover. Cover bowl and refrigerate overnight. Combine butter, barbecue sauce, ketchup, pepper and hot sauce in a medium saucepan. Heat to a boil. Remove from heat and refrigerate at least 4 hours. Drain milk from shrimp. Transfer shrimp to a large baking pan and pour sauce over. Let stand 1 hour. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Bake shrimp 15 minutes until cooked through. Serve immediately.
