Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
16.5 ounce package chocolate walnut brownie mix 1 large egg 1/4 cup vegetable oil 1/4 cup water 8.75 ounce can crushed pineapple, drained 1/2 cup shredded sweetened coconut powdered sugar
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease the inside of a 13x9 inch baking pan. Stir together brownie mix, egg, oil, water, crushed pineapple and coconut in a large bowl until well blended. Transfer batter to the prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake about 35 minutes until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs. Transfer pan to a rack and cool brownies completely.
Cut cooled brownies into 2 inch bars. Sprinkle brownies with powdered sugar and serve.
Makes about 4 dozen brownies.
