2 slices bacon, chopped
1 cup chopped onion
2 medium russet potatoes, peeled and diced
4 stalks celery, sliced
1 tbsp. all purpose flour
three 6 1/2 ounce cans chopped clams, drained, liquid reserved
1 1/2 cups half and half
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions
Combine bacon and onion in a large saucepan. Cook over medium high heat about 12 minutes until bacon is crisp and onion is tender, stirring frequently. Stir in potatoes, celery and flour. Add butter and stir until melted. Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
