Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1 cup fresh or frozen, thawed raspberries 6 tbsp. Chambord liqueur 4 tsp. sugar 375ml bottle Champagne or sparkling wine
Directions
Stir together raspberries, Chambord and sugar in a small bowl. Cover and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours.
Spoon 2 tbsp. of the raspberry mixture into each of 4 Champagne flutes or cocktail glasses. Fill each glass with Champagne and serve.
Makes 4 cocktails.
