Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1 package active dry yeast 1/4 cup warm water(110 to 115 degrees) 1 large egg 1 1/3 cups milk 2 cups dry baking mix
Directions
Dissolve yeast in warm water in a medium bowl. Let stand until foamy in a warm place, about 5 minutes. Add egg, milk and baking mix. Beat until smooth. Cover with a damp cloth and let stand 90 minutes or refrigerate 8 hours. Pourbatter onto a hot greased griddle. Cook until bubbles form and break. Flip pancakes and cook other side until brown.
Makes about twenty 4 inch pancakes.
