Quick and Hearty Chicken Noodle and Vegetable Casserole

Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
10 3/4 ounce can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 cup milk 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables 2 cups cubed, cooked chicken 2 cups egg noodles, cooked and drained 1/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Coat the inside of a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish with cooking spray. Stir together soup, milk, vegetables, chicken, noodles, Parmesan and pepper in the prepared dish. Bake 25 minutes until heated through. Stir well and sprinkle evenly with Cheddar. Bake casserole an additional 2 to 3 minutes until Cheddar is melted. Serve immediately.
Serves 4.
