Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1 cup butter, softened 6 ounces cream cheese softened 2 cups sugar 2 cups all purpose flour 1 cup chopped pecans
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream together butter and cream cheese in a large bowl. Add sugar and beat until light and fluffy. Add flour and mix well. Stir in pecans. Drop dough by teaspoonfuls onto an ungreased sheet pan. Bake cookies 12 minutes. Let stand a couple of minutes on pan before transferring cookies to a rack. Cool completely.
Makes about 2 dozen cookies.
