Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
8 pike steaks, about 1 inch thick 2 cups tomato juice 4 tbsp. fresh lemon juice 1/2 tsp. celery salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Place pike steaks in a shallow baking pan. Pour tomato and lemon juice around fish. Sprinkle steaks with celery salt. Cover pan tightly with foil and bake about 25 to 30 minutes until fish flakes easily.
Serves 8.
