Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
2 pounds ground beef 1 large onion, peeled and chopped 28 ounce can crushed tomatoes with juices 15 ounce can red kidney beans with juices 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce two 1.25 ounce packages chili seasoning mix
Directions
Brown ground beef in a large pot, breaking up clumps with a spoon. Add onion and cook 3 minutes, stirring frequently. Drain fat from the pot. Stir in tomatoes with juices, kidney beans with juices, Worcestershire and chili seasoning mix. Partially cover pot. Simmer chili 15 minutes, stirring frequently. Serve hot.
Serves 6 to 8.
