16 large, raw shrimp, peeled(tails left on) and deveined 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour 1 tbsp. butter 2 tbsp. brandy 1/3 cup heavy or whipping cream 1/3 cup crumbled blue cheese 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 tsp. crumbled, dried marjoram
Directions
Place flour in a pie plate. Dredge shrimp in the flour to coat, shaking off the excess. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add shrimp and cook 1 minute.
