Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
16 large shrimp, peeled, deveined, tails left on 1 cup all purpose flour 1 tbsp. butter 2 tbsp. brandy 1/3 cup heavy or whipping cream 1/3 cup crumbled blue cheese 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 tsp. crumbled dried marjoram
Directions
Place flour in a pie plate. Dredge shrimp in flour to coat, shaking off excess. Melt butter in a large skillet over high heat. Add shrimp to skillet and cook 1 minute. Add brandy and cook 30 seconds. Add cream, blue cheese, Parmesan and marjoram. Boil until shrimp is cooked through and sauce is thickened, stirring frequently, about 3 minutes. Divide shrimp between plates and spoon sauce over. Serve immediately.
Serves 2 to 4.
